Job Burnout Affecting Job Performance Among Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel: Bases for Intervention

This study aims to assess the level of Job burnout among Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel in Zamboanga national high School –West effect performance. The researcher used a Cross-Sectional research design utilizing Descriptive Correlation Analysis. was applied random sample (121) personnel, who were chosen through stratified sampling method, with (31) males (90) female. A job questionnaire adopted from Burnout Inventory Index (Maslach,1996), its validity reliability verified. study’s results showed that mean total degree came moderate outstanding also there no statistically significant differences attributed gender variable favor females. There is difference age, years service description. Moreover, relationship performance on teaching non-teaching personnel. To future conduct thorough investigation causes burnout.
